I build the operational infrastructure that African institutions depend on: coordinated systems connecting administration, finance, communication, and reporting into a single working whole.
The Work

Most conversations about African progress focus on what institutions lack. My work begins from a different observation: many institutions already have the ambition and the people. What they lack is operational coherence, the connective systems that let everything they do function together.
I design coordinated operational ecosystems rather than isolated software. The distinction matters: a tool is something an institution uses; infrastructure is something an institution runs on. My ambition has always been the latter: turning operational complexity into scalable institutional intelligence.

School Vault is the most visible expression of this work: operational infrastructure modernizing how schools coordinate finance, administration, communication, and reporting. Education is the proving ground, the place where institutional operational friction is most visible and most felt daily.
But the architecture, and the conviction behind it, extends across the broader institutional landscape of emerging Africa.

Civic trust infrastructure. Elections are where institutional trust is most fragile, and manual vote counting is the fragmented manual system at its highest stakes. Electors (electors.live) makes electoral integrity structural: verifiable online elections for schools, cooperatives, unions, and associations.
Dash Me Something
A community social initiative. Generosity is rarely the missing piece; coordination is. Dash Me Something (dashmesomething.org) connects households and companies that have useful things to give with people who genuinely need them, verification included.
